JKPSC Recruitment 2017  for 66 Medical Officer Posts: 

Jammu & Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC), Jammu has announced a notification for the recruitment of 66 Medical Officer (Ayurvedic, Homeopathy) vacancies. Eligible candidates (permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir) can apply online from 16-11-2017 to 15-12-2017.

Name of the Posts: 
Medical Officer

Name of the Disciplines:
1. Ayurvedic: 50 Posts
2. Homeopathy: 16 Posts

Age Limit: 
Candidates age should be min 18 years & max 40 years, 40 years for Govt. Service, 42 years for Physically Challenged, 43 years for Candidates belonging to RBA/ SC/ ST/ ALC/ SLC categories, 48 years for Ex-Serviceman candidates.

Educational Qualification: 
Candidates should Possess Bachelors Degree in Ayurvedic recognized by CCIM for Post 1, Bachelors Degree in Homeopathy recognized by CCIH/CCIM for Post 2.

Selection Process: 
Candidates will be selected based on written Examination an oral test/ Interview.

Examination Fee: 
Applicants required to pay Rs. 805/- for General, Rs. 405/- for Reserved Categories to be deposited in the J&K Bank Branch. The amount of fee payable shall include Rs.5/- as service charges for the J&K Bank.
